Draft for product setup · Last updated 21 October 2026
This draft explains the personal information My Feet Show expects to use. The operator must add its legal identity, privacy contact, lawful bases, retention schedule, cookie choices, international transfer details, and market-specific rights before launch.
1. Who is responsible
The service operator is [legal entity name], of [registered address]. Contact the privacy team at [privacy email]. For applicable data protection laws, the operator determines why and how account and service information is processed.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: display name, email address, account type (client or model), password hash, linked social sign-in identifiers, age eligibility and verification result.
- Profile and creator information: bio, profile photo, preferences, location settings, prices, content metadata, and verification information needed to establish eligibility or payouts.
- Service activity: searches, follows, likes, comments, purchases, token ledger entries, messages, broadcast and call records, reports, blocks, and customer support contacts.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device data, approximate region, sign-in events, cookie identifiers, and diagnostic logs.
- Payment and payout information: payment status, provider identifiers, amounts, and payout verification status. Card and bank details should be handled by the relevant payment provider, not stored in the app database.
3. Why we use it
We use information to create and secure accounts; show profiles and content; deliver messages, calls, and broadcasts; record purchases and balances; verify creators and payees; prevent fraud and abuse; investigate reports; provide support; maintain service reliability; and meet legal, accounting, and provider requirements.
The operator must document the lawful basis for each purpose in each operating region. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it through the relevant settings or contact channel without affecting earlier processing.
4. Who receives information
We share information with service providers needed to run the platform, including Vercel for hosting, Neon for database services, Amazon Web Services for private media storage, Stripe for payment and payout processing, Twilio for live video, and email, authentication, analytics, moderation, and support vendors selected by the operator. Each provider's role and current subprocessor terms must be confirmed before launch.
We may share limited information with other members as part of the features you use, such as a public profile, comments, messages, or live session. We may disclose information when needed to protect a person, investigate suspected unlawful conduct, enforce terms, or comply with a valid legal request. We do not sell personal information in this draft policy.
5. International transfers and retention
Providers may process information in countries outside your own. Before launch, the operator must identify hosting and support regions, put required transfer safeguards in place, and explain how to obtain a copy of those safeguards.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it where practical. Some records may be retained longer for accounting, payment disputes, safety investigations, legal claims, backup recovery, or legal obligations. Insert a concrete retention schedule before launch.
6. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to complain to a data protection authority. You may also close your account and manage profile visibility, notifications, likes, comments, and blocks in settings. Contact [privacy email] to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.
Some information must be retained or processed to complete a purchase, prevent abuse, resolve a dispute, or meet legal obligations. Where a request is limited for one of these reasons, we will explain this where the law allows.
7. Security and children
We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Tell us promptly at [security email] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
My Feet Show is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or use the service. If you believe a child has provided information or appears in content, contact [safety email] immediately so we can investigate and remove access or content as appropriate.
8. Cookies and updates
The service may use essential cookies for sign-in, security, and preferences. Optional analytics or advertising cookies should remain off until the operator provides a valid choice and consent flow for the relevant region. See the Cookie Policy.
We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify you through the service or by email where required. Effective date: [insert launch date].
