Terms of Service
Draft for product setup · Last updated 21 October 2026
These draft terms describe the rules for using My Feet Show, including creator content, messaging, live broadcasts, and tokens. Before launch, the operator's legal name, address, governing law, contact details, and complaint process must be completed and reviewed for each market where the service is offered.
1. Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to create an account or use My Feet Show. Do not misrepresent your age. We may request age and identity verification, restrict access while checks are completed, or close an account if we cannot confirm eligibility.
A parent or guardian may not create or operate an account for a minor. You may not permit a minor to access an account, view restricted content, participate in a call, or appear in content.
2. Accounts and security
Keep your registration details accurate, use a unique password, and protect access to your email and sign-in methods. You are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us that it has been compromised. Contact [support email] promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
One person may not impersonate another person, sell or share an account, evade a block or suspension, or create accounts to manipulate discovery, ratings, likes, or payments. We may require additional checks to protect members and the service.
3. How the service works
My Feet Show provides tools for adults to discover independent creators, buy digital content, send messages, view or host live video, and interact through profile likes and comments. Creators choose whether to make an item available and set its price in tokens. Content may be removed, made unavailable, or restricted when needed to apply our rules or respond to a legal, safety, or rights request.
We do not promise that every creator, message, broadcast, payment method, or feature will always be available. Features may change as the service develops. The current product preview contains demo interactions; actions labelled as demos are not transactions or live communications.
4. Creator content and rights
Creators keep ownership of content they upload. They grant the service a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, adapt for technical display, transmit, and make that content available as needed to operate, secure, promote (only where separately permitted), and support the service. This licence ends when content is removed, except for copies retained in backups, dispute records, or legal records for a reasonable period.
Creators must have all rights, permissions, releases, and consents needed for content and must not upload content that infringes another person's rights. Buyers receive a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to access purchased content through their account. They must not copy, record, download where the product does not offer download, redistribute, resell, publicly display, or use content to identify, threaten, or harass a creator.
5. Messages, calls, broadcasts, and community features
Do not use messaging, comments, calls, likes, or broadcasts to harass, threaten, coerce, scam, or solicit unlawful activity. You agree to respect a member's boundaries, block settings, and instructions. A user may block another user; blocked members may not contact or interact with them through another account or method.
Live calls are billed in tokens at the displayed creator rate. Review the rate and any billing increment shown before joining. Do not rely on a call for emergency help. Calls are not recorded by default in this preview; any future recording feature must provide a clear notice and obtain the required consent before recording.
6. Payments, tokens, and payouts
Tokens are prepaid digital access credits for eligible service features. The current intended price is £1 for one token. Tokens do not represent money held in a bank account, do not earn interest, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the service. Purchases and payouts are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms.
Models may request withdrawal of eligible earnings through an approved payout provider, subject to identity and account verification, payout thresholds, fees, chargebacks, reserves, taxes, and applicable law. Client token purchases are not cash-withdrawable; refund requests are handled under applicable law and the published payment policy. The operator must publish its fee, commission, minimum payout, settlement timing, and refund rules before accepting real funds. See the Tokens & Payouts Policy.
7. Safety, moderation, and enforcement
Follow the Community & Safety Guidelines and any content-specific instructions. We may review reports and account activity, remove content, restrict reach or features, suspend or close accounts, hold payments where law or provider rules require, or contact relevant authorities when appropriate. We aim to act proportionately, but we cannot guarantee that we will detect every violation.
Use the in-product report tools or contact [safety email] for urgent safety or rights concerns. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access or that every member or item is safe, accurate, or suitable for you. We are a platform for user content and do not endorse a member's statements or conduct.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. The operator must insert market-appropriate consumer rights, liability limits, governing law, and dispute resolution terms before launch.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for service, security, or legal reasons. We will communicate material changes through the service or by email and give any notice required by law. If you do not agree, stop using the service and contact us about your account or eligible balance.
